I found and PAID for my room online. When I got to the hotel, I checked in at front desk, went to my room. Next morning I discovered the shower didnt work at all. 2 days later I saw on my bank acct the hotel had charged me a 2nd time for the room

Eyelashes from a previous occupant was on the nightstand between beds, dirty sheets on bed, and dead bugs and dirt in the corner. Watched staff handle problems with another customer with attitude. System apparently tried to double charge them (might wanna work on that). Breakfast was minimal and not diabetic friendly.

They ripped me off!! Hateful heartless people!! As I got stuck in ice storm stranded on side of Hwy. literally wrecked my 22 ft moving truck. Stuck on side of road for hours still 2 hours away from hotel in a severe ice storm. they charged me anyways even knowing the situation. Not good business and I will never ever use Motel 8 ever again!!
