Good news! Before Saturday, May 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Saturday, May 4th, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, May 5th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, May 5th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 5, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: Friendly staff and good location. Room was clean with a larger mini fridge and microwave.

Negatives: 1 of 3 bulbs were burned out in the bathroom. Exhaust fan and light were wired to be on the same switch even though there was a second switch on the wall next to it that did nothing. Didn't sleep the best for some reason. Breakfast was just OK, eggs and sausage were frozen and heated in microwave and then put in heated server. The no-touch pancaked maker made doughy pancakes that did not taste very good.

Negatives: We got to breakfast late, it was picked over and did not look appealing so we went to McDonalds instead. The hotel is rather tired, for the price you get what you pay for and the customers with lower end pricing.

Negatives: My friend is disabled and I had to help them get on the bed. The bed was way too high off the floor. I even had some difficulty getting up that high.
