Positives: The price

Negatives: It claims to be a non-smoking hotel, but we saw staff smoking in the hallway. The hallway always smelled of smoke. The rooms weren't bad. We had to ask to have our key reset 4 times as it kept expiring and we could not get into our room.

Negatives: My room was dirty, clumps of human hair on floor, under the bed had tons of trash, mirrors were filthy,I didn't even have trash cans in my room, the remote to TV was the wrong one. And they always try to come in at 7 or 8am to say check-out checkout is 11

Negatives: The room reeked of sewer. Shower was eroded. Mattress was broken in and very uncomfortable. Microwave did not work. Lighting was very poor. Parking lot was completely empty. Major sign something is wrong. The price for this service is unacceptable.
