I did not like the minimum of five cockroaches crawling up and down the walls from the second we walked in the room. What was even worse was that there were dead, smashed cockroaches left all over the walls that no one had attempted to wipe down or clean up. Absolutely disgusting. I had to then find a different place to stay at 10:30 pm because I refused to stay there. I have never seen something so gross in my life.

No lock on our door, toilet seat coming off.i asked fir a extra pillow and he gave me a body pillow. I the asked for a pillow case and he said they do not carry them and he tried to give me a queen size sheet for it. People were screaming and fighting.

Booked a handicap accessible room, didn't have any when I checked in. Wasn't offered a discount or anything. Spoke on the phone twice, to 2 different people verifying I needed a handicap accessible room only to not have one available when I arrived a couple of hours later! Holes in the walls of the halls, light bulbs out in hallway. Pool closed even though I wouldn't have gone in anyway due to the poor quality of the rest of the hotel. Elevator is scary!

There were holes in the walls in my room. The curtains were torn, the countertops in my room also were worn down and the furniture was old and torn. The carpets were filthy. The walls and doors were scratched up.. The elevator creaked and moaned and metal on metal sound. I thought I was going to die when I was in it.
