Room was way too stinky and horrible smell. Sheets were old and not changed from previous use. Lot.of hairs between the sheets and mattress. They charged me extra $25 for no reason.

Could not watch television the entire stay. Never stayed anywhere else that you had no service. If I had known, I would not have stayed there.

It was odd that the pool was in the middle of the freezing cold lobby. Definitely made it hard to swim. Loved that gym had a peloton, but there was no log-in to do a class, and the first time I went there were no wipes for equipment.

I was extremely disappointed in the room service. We had 3 appetizers. Was told 15-20. Ended being 35 min, food was cold, missing guacamole and sour cream for the quesadilla, mustard sauce for the pickles spilled all over the bottom of the bag.
