No air conditioning, bad odor, ceiling falling down on bathroom towels, tv didnt work even after the staff attempting to fix it, dirt and stains on furniture and bed, black mold in air conditioner vents, the drain in the hot tub had to be pried open.

Mold. Stains on carpet. Stains on sink. Rust colored streaks on wall by vents. A/C didn't work. Stains on sheets. No TV remote. Broken lamp shade. Smell of urine very apparent. Couldn't stay had to leave was unacceptable conditions.

Nothing. When you drive up to the facility it looks completely run down. Transients hanging out everywhere-walking around asking people for things (money, can openers). I checked in at 5pm went to check the room and checked out by 520pm that same day.

Bugs on the wall, electrical sockets exposed and the hotel wreaked of weed. Not worth the money you save at this place.

I didn't like that my room has not been cleaned since I arrived. I have been here 9 days. I asked for my room to be cleaned twice and again new years day. I was told no help on new Year's Day. That my room would be cleaned Tuesday. Still not done. :-(

The background light on the bathroom mirror was cool and the soaps we're good quality soaps.
Negatives:
The continental breakfast was dried out packaged snacks. Juice machines were out. Too much sugar. Couldn't eat it. Room wasn't vacuumed. Water in ice bucket. Toilet not billed to floor. Curtains don't cover window. No batteries in remote control.

The breakfast was almost non-existent, prepackaged Little Debbie pastries, lousy coffee in a broken pump carafe, and bananas. The HVAC in our room didn't work, had to open a window which brought in noise from the highway we faced.

We reserved two rooms with two beds in each. They gave us two rooms with a king bed in each. One room smelled really really musty and the other room smelled like someone had been smoking dope in it. The beds looked dirty and the room also, We did not stay!
