After Friday, May 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. Positives: From my stay before my most recent stay I don't understand how or why someone would hack my account and post a rant about exonolodge aswell as my att account, cashapp and on my Facebook all hacked and as for the exonolodge regardless of what was said the location at Shawnee mission parkway and 1-635 / 1-35 is the best location out of all exonolodge motels the staff are top notch the parking lot, sidewalks rooms are always clean, safe well lit parking lot , neighborhood is safe convenient restaurant on same lot and quick trip both just a hop skip, laundry room pool the continental breakfast your kids will love you for it , and the owners are the best couple I have ever met very nice and professional I had a great experience.and left a great impression I highly recommend this exonolodge, thanks again Godbless
