Hotel room was very dirty and smelly. Offered no room service.

That would be a short answer. Not much.
Negatives:
We were bumped out of a king despite checking in ten minutes after 3. They said it was a queen but more like a double. They stuck us in a room right by laundry and so it was extra noisy and the hot water would go cold when laundry kicked in. So no shower
