Elevator sounded old and worn. Outside could be spruced up for better curb appeal.

Room was really nice. Had a great breakfast spread in the morning. They are doing updates and some remodeling but that didn't impact my stay at all.

Coin washer was broken. Didn't know. My clothes were sopping wet. The agitator doesn't work. I had to squeeze as much water out as I could and dry for three cycles. Told maintenance but I noticed a sign was never put on washer.

I had the best stay ever. Simply because I stay at this hotel so often, they booked me in a room with a private jacuzzi! They let me check in early and check out late especially when I call ahead of time. I wouldnt stay anywhere else in Pratt, KS.

Front desk staff at check in was not very personable. A Merry Christmas might have been welcomed since it was Christmas Day. ??

Upon arriving service desk worker was on her personal phone talking for 2,3 minutes then didn't even greet us was more " just give me your name and leave".. we booked 2 rooms with 4 beds for 3 nites ,we arrived Friday morning a day late but it was OK because we had paid for the 3 nites and one of the rooms was super dirty wasn't even ready for us... I just feel the staff that day is just there for a check not because they enjoy their jobs..we've stayed their before and has been ok but this time just wasn't it .. maybe someday we might stay again .. thankyou

I wish I had known the hotel was in the middle of a major renovation I would not have booked it!
Negatives:
The hotel was JUST OK. It was not particularly clean, our room was tidied 2 out of the 3 days we stayed and there was construction dust on the bathroom shelves.
Positives:
The staff was courteous helpful and very nice.
Negatives:
The hotel is currently being redone in many areas. But the elevator was very scary to ride but made a lot of noise and sounded like it needed work. Also, the first room we were sent to had not been cleaned. Staff was very helpful and apologized.

Wonderful character hotel built in 1935 and cared for by the same family since.
Negatives:
Room was small but had most necessary things. Not a lot of room to put your toothbrush in the bathroom. Breakfast was not included.

Facilities & room clean, staff very friendly , Dove products in the bathroom, very comfy beds, and breakfast was great! Like the remodeled rooms!
Negatives:
The entry way and bathroom tiles were slick (maybe from the cleaning solution that was used?) Was afraid someone in my room would slip.
