Our room was HOT!
2 out of 3 receptionist I had to deal with were NOT welcoming. One of them was rather rude. Seems like I was interrupting her personal phone call because my key card was not working. I had to get it reset twice in order for it to work. The receptionist said "the key works, it's just you".
The complimentary bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash were completely empty.
I'm not sure if this place is under new ownership but whoever it is has made the place go downhill.

Positives:
The location was ok. It felt like a safe area overall.
Negatives:
It was dirty. Floors felt sticky, one of the beds we were originally assigned was stained across the whole top area, I will attach images. We were moved to another room and it was much cleaner, the walls were stained and there was a half dried contact stuck on the bathroom floor, but, better than the initial room. I would have left had we been able to find another room to accommodate my family. The entrances from outside into the hotel also had the key card readers however they didn’t work, you could literally just walk into the building

the hotel was beautiful. my corner room on 2nd floor was huge. perfect location for my little dog to go outside when needed.
Negatives:
they didn't have scrambled eggs for breakfast, only biscuits and gravy. that was a disappointment.

$100 deposit that I didn't know about until check-in then it took 3 days after checkout to get it returned.

We like the location cause it is quiet and off the road.
Negatives:
When we got to the hotel we were told there was a $50 deposit we had to make on top of paying for the hotel. This is not posted anywhere even when booking the hotel. Also the place really needs updated. Rooms were the same as 7 years ago when we stayed. Bathtub nosel did not work properly for a shower.
