Negatives: Not very appealing

Negatives: Had burn spots on our bedsheets, ask for new sheets but housekeeping never changed them. Front desk apologized for the inconvenience.

Negatives: Not clean in the slightest Had to clean the entire room before I could use anything in it Reaked of marijuana Faulty plumbing in the bathroom Maintenance took over three hours to come to the room

Negatives: Brown water came out the faucet the first room

Negatives: The sound proofing isn't particularly effective, as noisy residents, and a barking dog in one room four doors down the hall, could be readily heard in the room. But by 11pm things quieted and I wasn't disturbed during the night. It would have been nice if the non-smoking policy for the rooms applied to the whole building. The rooms didn't smell bad, but the hallways and elevator were clearly being smoked in regularly. Also, it seemed as though in addition to nightly visitors, this hotel has some longer term guests (renters perhaps) but that may have just been the impression given by how some of the residents were behaving.

Negatives: The room I booked and paid for online was apparently unavailable due to maintenance. I was never informed before arrival. The room with the same value was like staying in a motel 6. The shower head had no pressure, the bed was hard as a rock, and room had a couple dead roaches in it. Don't stay here

Negatives: There was a man yelling in the parking lot which is terribly lit, mattresses and furniture outside of the rooms with open doors. The pool was closed after failing inspection for a light bulb apparently. If you're looking for a safe space for a family this is not it.

Negatives: Noisy hotel room, smelled bad old location. The quality if the beds were awful.

Negatives: We rented 4 rooms an one, the pool side 2 double suite smelled of cigarette smoke so bad it was unbearable and I generally don't mins smoking near me. The hotel resisted changing my daughters room. They had to accept a non suite room but willingly did because that room smell was horrible.

Negatives: No breakfast

Negatives: Couldnt get inside our room until an hour and a half after check in time due to housekeeping still cleaning the room. Soap dispensers in room were empty. Pool area smelt like cigarette smoke. Police, EMS, and fire trucks have been there at every stay Ive been there for, makes it feel very unsafe.
