Check out , man behind counter was short with me , I just wanted to know how long it would take to get my refund of $50 4-7 days very short , when I mentioned that I wasnt aware of the $50 deposit was in case of damage to the room he stated back It was in big letters , I had miss read it, I wasnt rude I had simply made a statement and it was like he took an offense. To me saying that , other than that the stay was good the young man at check in was very friendly and answered my questions the best he could

I didnt like anything because I had to sleep in my car that night because they charged my card for a deposit which was denied for insufficient funds. The card was only to be used to hold a deposit! I showed up at VA for procedure filthy and had to resche

The manager wasnt to be bothered on Sunday for a authorized cancellation so I could get my money back from you. You are the ones holding me back right now. Super 8 used to be great. Just for your FYI, the jag office is looking into this!
