Positives:
The price was good and the beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
The hotel was old and smelled like a gym locker and mold and mildew. The carpet in the room was stained and the covers for the bed had burn holes in them and so did the floor. The bathroom had dirt on the floor, They did not clean our room or take our trash out and I did not know that I was supposed to ask them to do that. I had to take out the trash myself and go get clean towels myself. The free breakfast was crap! My daughter said the sausage tasted like burnt gum. They were always out of eggs and the juice machine was out of order. There was no syrup for the waffles.

I like that it was close to my event. Hotel room was clean but run down.
Breakfast was worst ever, very dirty and not inviting. Stair way was super dirty like never clean. Staff at front desk was just OK. They prefers there phone and smoke breaks.

It was cheap.
Negatives:
The room felt unclean. There was graffiti on the walls and the lamps were missing lightbulbs. The fan in the bathroom was missing its cover and was spewing dust and dirt everywhere. The breakfast area was not clean. I did not feel comfortable touching any food made there.

Booking said it had one room with 3 beds available, no such room is able to be rented out so desk clerk gave us two rooms instead at same cost.
Negatives:
The first room had a broken bed in it. The 2nd room had burnt holes in the sheet. The shower didn't dispense much water out for showers. We had to take baths instead.
