Staff was rude and didn't listen well. Had reservation for family who came.down with covid. Canceled reservation buy was charged anyway
Manager stated people have emergencies so what we have to charge anyway. Did not provide GM info as requested had to call back the next day to obtain from a diff staff member. Imagine if person with Covid came in and caused their staff to get.sick how much money they would've lost. We did the responsible thing by making them aware of why cancelation was needed saving them money. Imagine how nice it would've been for them to consider my family member..and we had 4 other rooms booked that were paid stays. Won't stay here again. There were other issues but.this.was the main issue.
