Positives:
The lady working the front desk was very nice and personable. The location was decent. It was close to gas, restaurants, and many other businesses. It was decently clean.
Negatives:
First off there is a 50$ dollar deposit that isn't mentioned until you are physically there to check in. I still don't really know what it is a deposit for. If you don't pay it in cash it is supposed to take up to a week to get back. It was returned when we checked out without much fuss.I realize that when a person checks in it isn't possible to assess their mental health. There was a man with some type of mental health issue that sat and walked around the parking lot that kept trying to get someone to take him to the dollar store so you weren't really able to get to the vending machine or anywhere else without having to deal with that. I realize that this situation was a one off but it was irritating. It also wasn't a situation the lady at the front desk should have had to deal with solo.

The only good thing was the younger desk receptionist the rest was BAD
Negatives:
The place is dingy smelly and dirty. The pool was closed on memorial weekend. The room smelled nasty. The bathroom was dirty the toilet was not clean. The blanket on the bed obviously hadn't been washed the tv remote was dirty. The fridge made way too much noise. The handrail going up the stairs was disgusting. Back to the bathrooms in the room i wouldn't even shower in it the floors were sticky. The telephone in the room didn't work. The breakfast is literally oatmeal, 2 kinds of cereal, stale toast or begel or waffles nothing else. I would have rather paid another $20 to stay in a better hotel.
