I was completely shocked how amazing this hotel was for the price we paid! The lobby had a pool table, games, nice big breakfast area. The pool was fantastic, TONS of very comfortable seating. The breakfast and service at breakfast was PERFECT, couldn't have asked for a better stay!

NO dressers, and no closet. I would only recommend staying here one night, or travel light because there wasn't much storage for a family of 4.

The desk clerk was VERY friendly and welcoming. If traveling through the area again I would most definitely stay here again.

I will definitely be staying here again especially when I fly out of CVG. Parking at the hotel is only $25 a week. Its a quiet secure area and they have a 24 hour airport shuttle thats complimentary.
Negatives:
I marked it down 1 point under staff because the early morning desk clerk didnt even acknowledge us when we came down and had to ask twice if the shuttle was coming on schedule. The shuttle driver didnt say one word to us as well. It was very awkward!

The lobby/game room being open 24/7 was nice for the kids along with the pool being open later than most hotels I have been to. They were clean, they were kind and it was all around a great experience.

The only thing that was a bummer was my kids couldn't hook up their ps4 to the TV.

The beds and pillows were really soft felt like sleeping on a cloud. The staff were friendly. It is a family friendly hotel.

My room could have been a little cleaner. The floors could've been swept better and the bathroom counter could've been wiped down. There was hair on the bathroom counter and floor. I was told that the pool was heated and warm but it was cold. Because of the cold temper I wasn't able to get in with my daughter but she had a blast.
