I was awakened by foot...

The front desk lady was rude, unhelpful. If I had to write a review on this hotel based on this staff member, it would be horrible. I reached out to the corporate office, and they spoke with the hotel, and the situation was fixed. This young lady at the front desk on third shift needs reeducating at the very least. She was rude and made my family’s check in a nightmare. The rest of the property and staff were great.
