We were greeted so nicely

I felt that the hotel fixtures in the bathroom needed to be painted a nice silver rather than see rust. Also, the door to the bathroom needed staining on the inside. It would have been nice to have another chair.

I liked that the room was clean. I wanted a shuttle and they did come and pick me up and drop me off.
Negatives:
I did not like they advertised breakfast but did not have breakfast. They did not have juice or coffee. They had white bread. No toaster. They had 3 choices of cereal and a big milk carton. The had tea bags but no hot water.

Dirty carpet and wash rags , hard beds, when I went outside early in the morning the person watching the front desk was in a deep sleep he didnt even raise his head up when I walked in the lobby, elevator location was a safety concern for me.

It was surrounded by nice hotels. However, the parking lot was dark, sketchy, and the side door was broken. The room was about 80 degrees, smelled like marijuana and body odor, and the carpet must have been original it was so gross. The breakfast was bad

Glad I had some drinks before arriving

Room was filthy. Public hair on the lamp shade. Feces on the wall and urine on the sides of the toilet. Mold in the shower. The wall artwork had something stayed and dripping on it. Smoke Karan ripped out of wall. Carpet made your socks black. Towels were used and hung up and not washed. Had what looked like cum on the towel. Disgusting place and I was charged $244 for one night. You should refund my money. Seriously!!!

The stay was great. Owner was friendly. Room was clean. Only down side was that couldn't connect PS4 to TV couldn't change input. Best by Wyndham hotel I have been in Louisville.

Nice staff, we stayed three nights, our room was cleaned every day. Coffee in the lobby. Felt secure.

The marijuana smell in the hallway was very strong!!!! Also, the bathroom floor was a slate tile, and my feet would be totally black after walking on it. Needed to be scrubbed. Only two washcloths and two towels provided, which is not enough for two people.

We will be back again and plan to stay here again, but I hope the marijuana is gone.

Left and went to eat, came back to a bed mad and it was made with the same dirty sheets. My son got pizza sauce on the bed the night before that's how I knew they didn't change the sheets. Didn't clean the bathroom counters either. The whole place had a bad odor.
