Positives:
The staff was really kind and customer service oriented. Shout out to Michelle and to Franklin. Their service was excellent. Michelle was super supportive of me while I had an early day interview during my stay. I highly recommend. The breakfasts were terrific, and I love that there is a laundry on site.
Negatives:
There is no recommendation for improvement here, but the challenging question remains. How does a team maintain excellence? This team has some of the finest customer service manners and friendly environments that I have experienced in a long while. How is this excellent customer service and friendly environment maintained? This is the question to apply. Again this is the only question

Love Lisa, one of the front desk clerks, she was always willing to help in any way she could. The breakfast was also nice
Negatives:
The location was far from downtown so not much going on in the area. A friend also came to pick me up a night and there was a vagrant sleeping on the back step which was a bit scary
