We checked into our room around 3 pm. We left for a few hours to visit friends and when we came back we discovered that one of the beds had bed bugs in it. Reported it to management and they moved our room. No bed bugs in there but didn't receive and room cleaning until the third day. I would never stay there again. For $200.00 per night it wasn't close to being worth it.

The hotel had updated since our last visit. Rooms were clean and staff was nice. The area is near the airport but those sounds didn't bother us, very quiet hotel.
Negatives:
The $60 deposit I had to pay at the hotel, even though my room had been paid in full before the visit. Bed was a bit too hard for my comfort and not vents in the bathroom.

Convenient for expo, airport and greyhound transportation. Ok for 1 night. Breakfast is very , very basic continental. Sign at reception states other breakfast choice available and to ask staff I did and was advised they don't have anything else, I queried the notice and why it was displayed and staff member just shrugged and looked blankly. Fast food nearby and safe neighbourhood.
Negatives:
Breakfast very poor selection and non existent alternative choice even though a noticed displayed other items available if requested!
