I selected this particular hotel for the advertised hot tub and pool. When I arrived neither pool nor hot tub were working. The breakfast area pictured online was much nicer and the food available wasnt plentiful. The staff wasnt friendly or polite.

When we checked in, we went to the room and it was not clean. So we went to the front disk to let them know. They was really nice about it and gave us a different room, they even upgraded use to a bigger room.

We couldn't get our key to work. The fire detector was missing and only the wires were hanging down from the ceiling. Room needs to be updated for tech plug ins.

It was advertised as a pool & hot tub. They were not in use. Been out of use since 3/2022. Weight room had outdated broken equipment. Breakfast 3 days in a row was biscuits and gravy. Only one day did it have fruit. Very disappointed. No housekeeping came
