Positives:
We stayed for the Solar Eclipse. I liked the outdoor area. It was April but the pool area looked nice.
Negatives:
The back parking lot wasn't lit the first night. Rooms could've been cleaner.
Positives:
Rooms had roaches crawling everywhere, lighting was bad, phone in room didn't work. Lamp lights didn't work. Microwave was dirty and just nasty. I will never stay there again and tell family and friends not to. Awful experience.

Positives:
Room was clean. Bed had clean sheets and blankets but was a little hard. Could use some upgrading. Breakfast was decent. They had bisquits and gravy, donuts, bagels juice and coffee.

Room needs some paint and a little bit of deep cleaning in the corners of the bathroom.

I was disappointed in the black mold that was all through the air conditioner which was not good for my COPD at all.... I think a reimbursement would be a great way for the hotel to apologize and acknowledge this problem.

location was very good, price point was also very good. Grounds could've used a bit more attention but overall was well kept.
Negatives:
phone in room didn't work. TV reception was awful by going in & out and was overall glitchy, sometimes to the point of changing channel to find something kids could watch. Main part of floor was clean but beside and under beds were dirty, as well as under edge of dresser, desk and other furniture, which were all visible from the beds. No small table in room for kids to sit at to eat their dinner.
