Dirty, stains on bed, shower quit working, and they refused to fix it. I was grunted a military discount and had to ask for it and practically beg to get it because they were not going to give it to me. If you walked on the floor with or without socks, the bottoms of your feet/socks turned black. When I went to complain, we were stuck because no other hotel had a room, and they didn't have another room to move us to. We have never had a problem in the 6 years we have stayed there. We will not be staying there again after this weekend. The beds were hard as rocks. It was like sleeping on plywood.

I stayed at Super 8 in Radcliff, KY this past weekend. Before booking, I was impressed with the price. I wasn't looking for a hotel to "entertain" me; I was merely looking for a clean place to shower and sleep and this place hit the mark on exactly what I was looking for. Very clean, very adequate, and I sometimes have trouble sleeping when I travel, but the bed and pillows were awesome, and I slept like a baby there! I am frequently in the Radcliff area so I'm sure I will be back again. Oh, and the bottled water and small can of Pringles when I checked in was the nicest touch! No complaints from me...just praise!

Property was in a good location. Beds were fine. Pillows were comfortable.

The floor of our room didn’t look clean. I saw crumbs or something on the floor near the dresser. The lampshade looked filthy- like why was anyone even touching it, but it was dirty! A coin was on the floor in the bathroom, so it seemed it wasn’t checked for cleanliness before marking it clean and ready.
