Negatives: Under staffed in the breakfast station.

Negatives: Washer was broke

Negatives: Breakfast stop at 9 thought it was at 10

Negatives: Ice machine broken on my floor. Not enough towels replaced in room. Needs to have a bigger fridge and one that keeps cool. Didn’t have enough pillow for my third person. No ice scooper for ice bucket. The elevator is extremely slow. I was not told when booked if parking fees.

Negatives: There was no hand soap in either bathroom.

Negatives: All was good

Negatives: Once entering the room, the room smelled. I think it may have been the carpet. Once entering the bathroom, there were 3 dispenser hanging. ALL 3 were empty. NO SOAP, NO LOTION, ETC.. The tray that was sitting on the bathroom counter that holds the individual soap, lotion, etc..(EMPTY.) The pull out couch, there was no linen for the couch, and the towels look like some towels had already been used. I don't know if I was given a BLOCK room, but the stay was a nightmare. I called the front desk and told the young lady ALL the items that were needed. She said that I needed to come get them because she was working alone. SAD, SAD, SAD. HORRIBLE SERVICES!!!! Because of my leg, it took me a while to make it up there to the room (5th floor), then to come back down, to go back up. Unbelievable. I have stayed in many Hilton hotels and NEVER experienced nothing like this.

Negatives: No shampoo or conditioner in shower

Negatives: I reported that we had no air and that customer service was terrible. Property manger told me that he could not refund my money, due to me booking online. Stated I would have to contact booking.com to be reimbursed for pymt of 302.00. Also checkout was scheduled at 12 noon. Upon checkout day at around 7:45 housekeeper began to knock which woke me and my guest up when no one answered the knock she proceeded to come in, unlocked a the door and came in. This was the worse hotel stay. I reported each thing to property manger and also through here on the. Is timer service line. I have not yet been refunded my money that was promised. Negatives: The front desk wasn’t very friendly and the elevators were horrible. One elevator got stuck with some people inside and they shut it down and the one beside it. Other two elevators on the other side were operational but extremely crowded due to the other two being shut down

Negatives: no room service between first and second nights; had to call for clean towels
