The room smelled stale and old. The comforter was stained and the speakers on the tv were blown

Absolutely disgusting. We were there for less than 10 minutes before we left and went to the hotel next door. The sheets were stained and there was black gunk all around the tub. That was all I needed to see

Convenient location and access to Pontchartrain Center and a great little Mexican restaurant, plus EVERYTHING WORKED!
Negatives:
The neighbors, particularly on Wednesday evening and Thursday morning, were loud and filled the place with smoke (not tobacco). A coat of paint is about all that would be needed to get the room to a ten.
