The location for my needs was close enough to go to (Mardi Gras) but away from the high prices and crowds. The staff was friendly and helpful. One desk girl was VERY helpful with her information of where we needed to go and directions.

Clean, great breakfast, most of the hotel staff was kind.
Negatives:
Be aware: Hotel room's A/C was on motion sensors so I woke up in the middle of the first night soaking wet (sleeping equals no A/C!) Thankfully the maintenance person was able to switch A/C to automatic mode the second night & I had no issues afterwards.
