Very noisy but great amount...
Positives:
Location is very central, in the French quarter. Building entry is quite nice and beautiful. Everything is very near.
Negatives:
It was very loud in the room due to some huge equipment right in front of the window what was also blocking the view. It was not possible to sleep in the room due to the sound of this machine.
Also... when we booked the hotel it was with breakfast included. In the morning we learned that it was very, very poor breakfast in the bar area. But even this pure thing was not provided next morning as we were informed that the hotel did not have any more breakfast vouchers for us and we would be refunded for each breakfast which was 20 USD per person and $40 for two of us per. At the end of our stay we were only refunded 20 USD per breakfast. We were very disappointed!!!

Room is spacious , beautiful hotel , but customer service is the worst
Negatives:
I paid for the room through your application for $126. And later, after staying there, they charged me another amount of $138, more than through the app, and now they are trying to refund me $126 without explaining why I have to pay more than I paid through the app. And when I tried to find out why they were trying to refund me a smaller amount, no one answered, and as a result, the woman at the front desk put me on hold for 50 minutes. And every time I tried to call her back, she put me on hold. I think this is a disgusting level of customer service, we are not at school to play, and put me on hold for 50 minutes, and then put my number on hold every time.

Walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. The restaurant in the hotel was the truth. I would most definitely stay there my next visit.
