WE GOT BED BUGS!!
The hotel failed to respond to repeated attempts to contact them directly. They also failed to respond to booking.com.
I was hesitant to leave a bad review, however it has been weeks and no response, so here it is.
Do not stay here. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had with the bed bugs.
Further, the rooms are dated, the pool area is poorly kept, housekeeping cleaned once in 4 days, and the staff were very unhelpful with providing vouchers for our included breakfast.

The hotel was beautiful! Never expected the doors to automatically open and allow you to enter the facility. That was cool! Eric was amazing! The guy that took care of our luggage for us. We'll be back!

The lighting was not very good in the room but the room was amazing! Huge! Two queen beds. We got to the hotel from our Carnival cruise very early and understood our room was not ready. Eric assisted us around 1pm and we were able to get into our room! Thanks Eric!
