Needed a better selection. I liked the morning staff better than the evening.
Negatives:
I had to pay an extra 250.00 dollar charge / deposit fee just in case any damages occured to the room, before they would give me my room. I was unaware of this. That caused other problems because they didn't take cash. It took me about 8 hours to get checked into my room.( 3:00 am).

Almost the trip from hell!..

Great location. Close to canal and bourbon street but far enough away so it wasn’t noisy
Negatives:
Not great quality. Rooms were a bit dilapidated. Leak in one room, had to be moved to another, then fridge didn’t work in new one. Management wasn’t very accommodating. A few items were ruined from the water leak and they didn’t offer any compensation at lower management level. Will have to escalate, which is a pain in the ass. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again or recommend.

Ended up leaving. Lied to...

The location was great, far enough from the French quarter so there was not too much noise and we could sleep but at the same time close enough for just a 10 min walk
Negatives:
We were four people at the room and they just gave us 4 towels. We went in the morning to get two more and they didn’t give them to us so we needed to share. They said that during the day they will put the remaining two in our room but never did. Breakfast was very poor and crowded.
