Pool not working, rented the the place because of it,no one warned me about the issue until I came to check in. There is no parking structure,and in the add it represented as if it had one . Keys for the doors malfunctioning.

The staff. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing within the power that he had.

Pool was closed and I picked this location due to having a pool. The water was shut off on Sunday morning/early afternoon and the elevator did not work. For the price paid, I felt I should have stayed at a 3 star hotel for the same quality.

The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was lovely, the shower and bathroom in general were very spacious. The housekeeping services were excellent.
Negatives:
The roof pool and bar were not open for our entire stay and one lift was broken for our entire stay which meant it took a long time to wait for the lift. Taylor the receptionist wasn’t helpful at all, all other staff were excellent. We rang reception maybe 8 times and they only picked up once. The room was dark because there was only a lamp to light up the room, there is a light in the entrance but it doesn’t illuminate the bed area.

Free brewed coffee only is not much of "free breakfast". A little disappointed in that for the $25 fee. As far as I was told, it paid for two bottles of water and coffee.
