So many problems: Poor service at check-in, nobody present, rude, poor signage; room poorly lit, amenities in bath poor, no tissues, awoken at 4 in the morning with truck services outside window; no housekeeping service.

All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Great location. Easy to get to the French Quarter.
Negatives:
We had to wait 45 minutes after the stated check out time to get into our room. We felt that the room was hurriedly prepared and it had not been restocked. This was confirmed when we received a proper cleaning and sticking the next day.

plenty. broken elec outlet at desk, broken usb port, burned out light bulbs, broken toilet paper holder, slow internet, intermittent cable/freezing. lighting very dark. small bottles of body wash in containers impossible to open

The location is really good, But the bathroom floor drain is blocked and I can't take a shower.

The staff were very friendly, accommodating and very helpful. The room was clean, nice and beautiful. Had everything that you needed and was located in a good location, convenient to the public transportation in a good and peaceful area.

The staff here is amazing!! -front desk were so welcoming and Friendly- funny too!! Hotel employee at entrance were so friendly also. AJ called me a cab so I didnt have to wait 35 minutes for an Uber. He didnt have to do this, but did.

A bit low on amenities! No note pad or pen, no usual amenities such as bottled water, charged for every little thing! No valet to park vehicle!
