The location is perfect. We were there for a Volleyball tournament at the convention center and it was great. The building was historic and so cool!
Negatives:
We paid for a premium room for the view, but even though we had windows, we were still looking at a building and not facing the street like we though we would be with a premium room. There were only two towels and there was black stuff all over them...

Waited 1 hour for room, clerk mumbled, told room upgraded w/o charge? Ha! 1rst flr street level corner room, floor super sticky, no working internet/TV, tons of street noise, club across street closed 3 AM. Free parking too far away. Very disappointing.

terrible room. Walls are thin and you can hear everything in the next room and the hall. Got no sleep. Also, room was not ready until 5pm, no valet and the check in staff needs customer service training.
