The Hotel was quiet, the staff was friendly and our room was clean.

The bed was HORRIBLE. It was like laying on a concrete slab for 3 nights. We had a very hard time getting rest as I would wake up with my back on fire occasionally in the middle of the night. They are way past due for new beds. This would be the only thing I would change.

A woman came out while I was checking in, and interrupted. She said she couldnt stay because there were cockroaches in her room and it smelled bad. The gal quickly gave her a refund and apologized. If it wasnt 8pm we would have left also. My room smelled bad also, and I thought of cockroaches all night. Then they charged me twice for my room. After multiple calls with nothing done, I finally turned it over to my credit card company.
