Quiet location, parking good, room very clean, very friendly staff, breakfast was much better than some of the more expensive hotels. The next the we are in the area we will be staying there for sure. I was very impressed.

Not very clean. Coffee pot was dirty, as well as the cook top. It seemed as if people were actually living in the facility. Breakfast is only until 9, would be nice of was a bit later, like maybe 10 or 11

Positives:
The breakfast was more than I imagined - eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, waffles, poptarts, english muffins, danish, yogurts, cereal, and more. I only had coffee, but it was an impressive spread.
Friendly staff.
Negatives:
I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom when I arrived and the TV wasn't functional. But I just used my computer rather than bothering the staff due to my late arrival.
Portland is very expensive and I chose this place because "Choice Hotels" are usually great value and, all in all, it was fine for a quick night.
