Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

It was not breakfast. Only a table set up with coffee, hot water, oatmeal, cereal bars and honeybuns.
Negatives:
The bed was comfortable but the furniture was older and worn but clean. Like they got it from an outlet for old hotel furniture. The bathroom was clean and in good condition. No hangers, no closet, not even any hooks to hang clothes.

breakfast is only a granola bar. Hotel seems to be mostly occupied by nontravelers staying by the week. The entire hotel is run down and in the midst of renovations.

Nice staff. Nice environment for a simple weekend getaway. Too bad the weather was not cooperative.
Negatives:
Don’t recall understanding an incidental fee, $50.00. And finding out it might not be refunded for a week; seems excessive!
When pulling in to parking lot, noticed quite a bit of litter strewn around a couple of spaces we would have parked in to be visible from our room. Because of the mess and rainy weather, we parked in a less convenient spot. Mind y, this was not a big deal but you asked and believe this observation could deter more particular customers!
No closet or clothes hanging accommodations.
No bathroom fan.

A fair to good value...
Positives:
Location to downtown.
Negatives:
Managers cruely charged me 100 dollars for smoking, and I unequevicly did not smoke in room 209. But she said it was a mess and my room was pristine. I think maids reported wrong room. It was smoker parties in room 203! I WONDER IF THEIR SCAMMING PEOPLE. I ALMOST CALLED THE POLICE.

Unfortunately, the hotel is undergoing renovations, so there was construction noise. It ended at 8pm, but it was noisy.
