Negatives: There was no hot water. No desk chair, no shampoo in my room. Place was also seriously understaffed. Breakfast was extremely minimal. Pretty dingy overall.

Negatives: The property was DISGUSTING , DIRTY, in DISREPAIR!!!! I had to use the restroom when we first arrived and it was dirty and in disrepair. The staff was rude and hanging with her, I assume boyfriend, or on FaceTime on her phone. She refused to let booking.com speak to management. We booked a harbor view room and the view was through buildings. There was no working air conditioning in the first room we were given. They wouldn’t refund our money and let us move to a different hotel after seeing how gross this hotel was. The only thing they would do is move us to another room. We never even received a refund of the money difference between a harbor view room and a regular room. The ceilings are so low I could touch them with flat hands. There was spackle marks and scraped up paint everywhere The sink leaked. The ceiling in the shower was cracked and caving in. The exhaust fan screamed when you turned it on. The elevator key scanner had such a disgusting sticky film on it. There was a huge beach spot on the rug outside the second room we had. The sprinklers in the room were covered in paint and construction dust. The room for breakfast was filled with dirty tables, food on the floors, drips of coffee or something. The curtains in the lobby were wrinkled and gross looking. The “security guard” sat in a chair on his phone or chatting with friends every time we saw him. There was a HUGE RAT outside the door when we were returning to the hotel in the evening. I fought with booking.com and the hotel for over a hour in and out of the hotel in 90 degree heat to get a refund!!! Booking.com said there was nothing they would do because a no refund cancellation was the hotels policy and I should have read the reviews!!!! The hotel wouldn’t give me a manager to speak to or anything so we would have lost our money and had to find another hotel at 5pm on a Friday night. It was all a HORRIBLE DISGRACEFUL DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE!!! I wouldn’t recommend booking.

Negatives: The bathtub was stopped up in my first room they gave me a new room and the shower wouldn’t get hot or even warm. Terrible experience!

Negatives: Only think was the room was a little dated with ware and tear on the walls could do either a new bath

Negatives: The hotel had no parking. We had to pay for a local lot. The carpets in the hallways were soaked with disinfectant. Stank. The bed was horrible, should have slept on the sidewalk like the homeless guy across the street. And the toilet didnt flush. Look elsewhere...

Negatives: It was not communicated to the housekeeping staff that we had checked in, so during random spot checks, they buzzed into our room without warning and walked in on us changing clothes. On top of this, there was no covering on the ceiling light, and the bedframes were stacked on small slabs of plywood that were smaller than the frame itself. Any time you moved on the bed, it shifted the plywood, which was on top of a hardwood floor, easily causing scratches and a potential loss of the security deposit. Staff was not helpful in helping to resolve complaints, and there was a no refund policy when I immediately checked out without staying.

Negatives: Didn't like them the air condition system it kept clicking I didn't like

Negatives: The one concern we had was we went to get in bed and heard something git the floor. The next morning we found a charm on the floor made us wonder if they had changed the bed.

Negatives: I asked if I could put my room on a different credit card- I was told that I could switch cards at check out- but then at check out I was told that it wasn't possible
