There was a clogged toilet with poop on it not flushed the bathroom stinks, the fridge is dirty, the bed stained and dirty. Overall, this made me miserable I didnt enjoy the hotel at all.

It is unacceptable to rent those rooms in that condition

There was hair in the tub when I checked in. Stains on the walls that were never wiped clean. There was mice at the top of my closet area. And they pooped in my tall candles (yuck!) The Middle Eastern Manager would not help me with a room rent discount.

the fact that I was not allowed to use cash to pay for my rental. I only stayed for one night and booked online. Apparently using cash for a one night stay isn't allowed. I was having debit card issues and they couldn't allow me to pay cash. Saved by a Good Samaritan.
