Positives:
breakfast was very nice, would have liked a little more variety. Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful even though we could not communicate with them (did not speak english). Very convenient to our daughter's apt and UMD.
Negatives:
Got a little messy at times, garbage overflowing outside, trash in the hallway. This did get better with our stay. We were also there for graduation and hotel was busy. Not sure when we stopped telling customers "thanks for staying with us, is there anything we could have done better?" ect. Second hotel I have stayed in this year and it is barely a glance up when you leave.

Very convenient to UMD, friendly...
Positives:
It started out good on Thursday. Our room was clean and so was were the main areas of hotel.
It was in the area close to where we needed to be by FedEx fiekd.
Negatives:
The breakfast was very disappointing.It was bagels and muffins,there was only one toaster for everyone to use. It could have had more items.
The room did not have a microwave and there wasn't one in breakfast area to use. The fridge in our room froze everything.
When we got back to the hotel Sat night about 11 pm,there were other guests sitting in hallway outside of rooms making it hard to to get through hallways
There were towels in the elevator that stayed there until the next morning.
Honestly I felt sorry for the employees that had to deal with some of guests. There was garbage on the sidewalks. We were very glad to leave early this morning.

The location wasn’t great. There was really no breakfast and the restaurant wasn’t ever opened. The room which is supposed to be non smoking smelled like cigarettes in the bathroom and the room wasn’t really clean. I definitely don’t intend on staying here in the future.

I was charged an extra $150.00 to my credit card in case of any possible room damage and told by front desk staff that it would take 5-7 business days for my reimbursement. What kind of hotel this is that you’re expecting room damage? Motel status.

I asked for a quiet room and was put near the pool where everybody had to walk past my room to get to it. The hallway was hot and smelled like nothing but chlorine and it came into the room as well. Dogs were barking in the room next-door after I asked for a quiet room. The room was small!!! I will never stay there again.
