IMAGINE THIS: you’re a 19 year old female traveling alone. You’ve just drove 6 out of your 12 hour drive home from college. It’s 12 am, raining and you walk into this hotel with an online reservation. You go up to the desk and after checking your ID the receptionist tells you that you can’t check in because you’re not 21. He further proceeds to insult you for not being old enough and says that since you’ve booked online that you probably won’t get your money back. This man does not offer any help in finding another place to stay and even if you had parental permission over the phone still “nothing he could do”.
This happened to me over the weekend and I was forced to frantically find a place to stay late at night as a young girl. All I was looking for was a safe bed for the night.
This was very unprofessional and the lack of hospitality and kindness was extremely upsetting.

The hotel is under renovation and we got a brand new, renovated room! It was wonderful! The staff were all great and super helpful.
The pool and hot tub were a bonus! Most hotels don't have hot tubs anymore.... we will definitely be back!

The room was very nicely updated and clean. We liked the spacious shower and blackout shades. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Gypsy and AJ at the front desk and Shawn at the breakfast bar.
