People at the front desk was polite and very friendly. Helped us with everything we needed.
Negatives:
The bathroom ceiling was cracked and looked like it had a leak at one point and was never fixed correctly. Also the walls were dirty with blood and something else. It was the only kind size suite left so we kept it.

Place was aged and not very clean. The shower had hair in the drain trap, and it wasn't mine.

You get what you pay for, but it was a good night's sleep.
Positives:
The hotel was nice, but the clerk (I think her name was megan) that was on duty the day I checked in was EXCELLENT.
When an issue arose later that evening with the accommodations, she excelled in customer service and saved the day. Or, the night to be more accurate.
Employees like her, who go above and beyond, are what makes any establishment successful.

Location was excellent. Staff was great. Very kind and courteous. Bed was amazing, I slept exceptionally well. Price was good. I felt at home at the Sleep Inn
