Positives:
The location was superb. The room was very clean. The property is not neglected, but it is also not maintained to the standard some people would expect. It seemed safe. It was a room labelled "No smoking" and smelled fine. The bed was very comfortable.
Negatives:
The "breakfast" was only pre-packaged danish/coffee cake or instant oatmeal, milk, and orange juice. (The danish was terrible.)
I borrowed an ironing board and iron from the office, but it was difficult to find a place to plug in the iron. The lighting in the room was also poor.

Location was okay. Was in room 214 a walk for handicap.
Negatives:
Had better TV there last summer and heat was always running and then it got cold. When you have 2 people staying you should have 2 soaps in the bathroom. I always liked it there. Some people go to get coffee and it is after 9 and the door is locked. I asked and they said it is from 6-9. Some people do sleep in if they coming in late.

Wifi very weak signal. TV was very limited.You charged $15 for my dog instead of the $10 advertised on the web site. That is more than the cost of a second person in the room.
