The location of this hotel is grade "A". The front desk stay was truly helpful and compassionate towards their patrons.
Negatives:
The lack of professionalism and managerial accountability/presence shown by the general manager was horrendous. She refused to come out and speak with me and ran the front desk attendant back and forth to share messages.

I forget the GMs name. Keith maybe? He is a treasure. Protect that man. Fantastic general location right near the mall and casino, you can walk over even. Room was very clean. Other staff I interacted with were friendly.
Negatives:
The room was tiny but that was no one's fault. I booked the least square footage. If you are claustrophobic just be aware. No other complaints.
