Negatives:
There was a poorly patched hole in the bathroom wall and also the door going into the bathroom. The room smelled like mildew and did not feel clean . The facility was also very dated .

My kids were ready to swim and I get there and pay to find out the pool is out of order I then asked for some compensation for this situation not being on website and she only offers 50 dollars which I had grief to receive from another employee at time of check out due to him saying they shouldn’t of told me they would compensate then I went to our room after checkin in to a dirty filthy bathroom with foot prints on the bathroom floor and no wash towels I was very much not pleased by the attitude and amenities that they offer and didn’t have available for the price
