Super awesome customer service and the location was walking distance to the fairgrounds.

In the middle of the night, there was a smell of smoke coming through the vents in the bathroom that got progressively worse overnight. We had to close the door so that the smell wouldn't seep into the room. When we went to open it, it smelled like an actual ashtray. The smell of cigarette smoke was horrible. I spoke with the front desk about it, and they informed me that I had a room that was near a hallway where people smoked, and that's why the smell came through. The beds were also not very comfy and gave me a very uncomfortable sleep.
