The property is old and falling apart. There was a massive hole in the lobby ceiling - not a very good first impression. Furniture in the room was broken and the bathroom shower - which we did not use - was disgusting and falling apart.

Many things: (1) Shower was so tight, we could not use it and it was not fixed for a whole day, so we went without a shoer toa conference. (2) The rooms were not ready even at 4 pm and there was no wait list for all the many people who were denied rooms and had to wait in the lobby. (3) The staff were not trained (4) We were not assigned rooms until after dinner.(4) The phone in the room never worked the whole time we were there (2 days) (5) There were no bath towels and we had to ask. (5) We were there for a conference and many guests had the same problem of no rooms. or rooms not ready. Everyone was camping in the lobby, tired, anxious, frustrated, and angry. (6) The reservation system was also bad and unhelpful. Took us round and round and we paid a high rate.

People and the restaurant was convenient
Negatives:
I was put on the eighth floor night, one because our reservations were given up to other people that checked in earlier. The eighth floor was very dirty. My sink dripped all night the floor had food on it crumbs and crumbling from what looked like bacon. I could not switch rooms because it literally was the last room for all of us checking in
The ceiling had major leaks and holes light fixtures gone was really bad. The next morning we had to check out and check back in in the evening for our correct reservation. This was very inconvenient since this was a work trip.
