Indoor pool unheated in cold weather, no kitchenware to cook with, mattress old and uncomfortable, pillows had no fluff in them, couch cushions were flat and dirty.

The first room we went into was dirty. Sheets weren't changed. 2nd room had bugs and blood filled tiks in it. I ended up sucking it up since it was 11pm.

Being here for 10 days with no hot water and paying what we did for cold showers and weed smoke filled bathroom from the people below. Notified staff multiple times an no one made any accomodations for the water

Staff weren't super friendly to us. The pool (one of the reasons we booked this hotel) was down the first 1.5 days of our stay. There was a dirty cup (that none of us used) under one of the bed (so not properly cleaned before our arrival). The shower never really got hot, just luke warm, sometimes cold The deadbolt on our door didn't work The whole place had an odd smell throughout. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was weird for us, and the other two families we were with felt the same.
