Positives:
The room was nice, clean, and the kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Although, for a suite the room seemed very small.
Negatives:
The room was not ready when we arrived around 3:30. Check in is 3:00 pm. We along with several other guests had to camp out in the lobby until rooms were ready and they could complete checking us in.
The pull out couch was not great, felt like we were sliding down all night.
The valet parking is ridiculous. I get it, the property is in the city but $60 is crazy especially when combined with the lackluster service. There was barely a spot to pull in when we arrived due to a back up. When it was time to leave we called the number provided several times and rhe phone just rang busy. So we had to go down and find someone to get our vehicle and then wait. The parking seemed inefficient and disorganized.
The hot foods for breakfast were dull and flavorless. Coffee was very watered down. There was plenty of everything but we went elsewhere for brunch.
