We loved our room! We had a great view of the city, my stepdaughter said this is so sick after she walked in lol. The bed was super cozy, ample space in the room and bathroom. My husband loved the oversized shower head. The elevators were fast and the hospitality was great. We were minutes away from Back Bay station where we departed Amtrak to get to the Westin and then we used the Logan Express bus to get to the aiport. We couldn’t have asked for a better location for everything around the city!

Location is great. Dynamic, historic area, and safe. Room is generous and comfortable and the bed is very good.
Television streaming works perfectly unlike so many other places where this is hard or b=not available.
Room service and cleaning staff were lovely genuine people who did a great job. Probably the best staff I have encountered in my travels.
Negatives:
It’s hard to find things - such as the connection of the hotel over to the shopping centre. I felt like I was wandering in to places maybe I should not be entering to find it. Also ordering food from room service was a challenge. First time I did it online and the second time that would not work. Lifts broke down.
