Location is very good - walking distance to the city center. The room was comfortable for our family of 3. Beds were ok, nice view of the river, parking at the hotel (paid additionally).
Negatives:
The reason for the not so great notation is only one - staff! From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out everything was long and difficult. Check in took over 30min even though there were only 2 persons ahead in the line when we arrived. When we asked for additional blankets sent to the room we had to call twice and it took over 1 hour. When we checked out we were charged twice - and yes, they returned it after but it should have never happened. And I could go on with the list. So as much as the hotel itself is nice we were simply relieved to leave and will not be coming back. Guys, you were simply not up to the standard.

Beautiful room overlooking the Charles River! Very Comfy bed with deluxe squishy pillows! Also, although I arrived later than expected I was upgraded for free to a King Size bed! Location close to where my son was living in Cambridge. I love that there was a lounge/restaurant that I was able to get a glass of wine after settling in. The Sunday brunch was amazing. I loved that it was a la carte! There also happened to be a jazz trio playing that was amazing!
