There are 2 charges on our credit card for our stay. They’re saying it was an error in the system and that we should see the charges reversed in 5-7 business days. This is very inconvenient for a family of 6 traveling and staying at multiple hotels over this long weekend. If this is standard practice, this should have been made clear at check in or when we booked the room. Can you please expedite this refund?

The property was super clean and close to amenities
Negatives:
There was a lot of young (middle school aged) hockey players also staying at the hotel. Parents didn’t keep a close eye on them so they were a bit wild everywhere you turned. Running in the parking lot at 10PM at night unsupervised while myself and others were trying to park. Hotel staff and stay was great so not saying as a bad review on the hotel itself but maybe those individuals needed to be spoken to.
